http://forum.vekn.de/viewtopic.php?t=2455

Conflicting instructions - most-recent-played wins.

Spiele vom 21.07.

Tisch 0 h 45 min
Martin 2 VP (Approximation of Loyalty)
Micha J. 0 VP (Alain Sovereign, Lord of War)
Didi 2 VP (Guruhi Vote & Umpf)
Ralf 0 VP (so'n dreckiges Dem/Obf Stealth Bleed Teil)

Tisch 1 h 05 min
Nicole 0 VP (Inner Circle Vote)
Markus 0 VP (Tremere Toolbox)
Hardy 3 VP, GW (Cel Gun)
Sascha 1 VP (Malkavian Stealth Bleed)

Und unsere Regelfrage:
Change of Target:
Is governed by the "same action" rulings. [RTR 19950509]
Terminology:
"Same Action" means: 1) The same inherent (cardless) action taken against the same target. 2) The action taken with the same card played from hand, regardless of target. 3) The same action provided by the same copy of a card in play. (Each action provided by a card in play is a distinct action (and doesn't count as the "same action"). [RTR 19950905]

Second Sight [NoR:C]
Cardtype: Conviction
An imbued may burn only one Second Sight for the following effects each action.
Burn when a monster is acting to give this imbued +1 intercept for that action.
Burn when this imbued declares an action to give monsters -1 intercept for this action.
Power
Power is a new minion card type, only playable by imbued. An imbued may get a power as a +1 stealth action, like equipment or retainers. The imbued untaps if the action is successful. An imbued may not have two copies of the same power. Some effects or powers are "always on". Others have a card type icon (action, combat, etc.) indicating when and how the effect can be used. To use one of those effects, you must tap the power card (and pay whatever cost the effect requires). Standard rules for using such effects apply (e.g., a reacting minion must be ready and untapped). "Always on" effects are still on while the power card is tapped.
Smite is missing the "strike" label. It is a strike, as indicated by the rest of the card.
The reaction effect of Vigilance is usable by a tapped imbued (it would have little use otherwise).
