The EC 2009 will be held in Palma de Mallorca (Spain) on the 13th, 14th and 15th of November.

The EC will take place in the conference room of the Barceló Pueblo
Park Hotel (a 4 star hotel by the Palma beach).

EUROPEAN VTES CHAMPIONSHIP 2009
Palma de Mallorca (Spain)
November 13-15

The European Championship will be held in the meeting rooms of the Barceló Pueblo Park Hotel, a four star hotel in the heart of Palma beach, 6 kilometers away from the Son Sant Joan International Airport.

These are some of the prizes to be given during the EC.

EC PRIZES

Each participant in any VTES event on Saturday will receive a playmat
and 40 blood counters (as long as they are in stock). See below:

EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP: DAY 1

8 Justicar plaques (in Latin) for the top 8 players

The top 8 players will be appointed as Justicars. The winner will choose
his or her Justicar title and plaque first. The other finalists will
receive their titles and plaques at random. Then the 6th ranked player
will choose his Justicar title and plaque, and so on:

The available titles are (in alphabetical order):
Assamite Justicar
Brujah Justicar
Gangrel Justicar
Malkavian Justicar
Nosferatu Justicar
Toreador Justicar
Tremere Justicar
Ventrue Justicar

EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP: DAY 2

The European Champion will be awarded with a silver Ring:

7 Inner Circle plaques (in Latin) for the top 7 players

The top 7 players will be appointed as members of the Inner Circle of
the Camarilla. The winner will choose his or her Inner Circle title and
plaque first. The other finalists will receive their titles and plaques
at random. Then the 6th ranked player will choose his Inner Circle title
and plaque, and so on:

Gangrel Inner Circle member
Malkavian Inner Circle member
Nosferatu Inner Circle member

Auf gehts Leute! Flüge kosten unter 150EUR und das Hotel ist auch sehr günstig. Das ist wirklich eine gute Gelegenheit mal an einer EC teilzunehmen, und ich bin überzeugt das wird ein super Wochenende

Wer Einzelzimmer haben will, ist auch möglich gibt es aber nur mit Vollverpflegung für rund 70 € dir Nacht. Einfach nur in der Reservierunmgsmail "Single Room" angeben.

In a week, we will release the rooms we blocked for EC attendees that haven't been booked yet, so they will be bookable by anyone from that date on, which means that any of you trying to book a room after that date may find it difficult.

Note that if you book online via the Hotel's website http://www.barcelo.com/BarceloHotels/en ... tura=en-GB@, you will get a better price for your room:

44,10 euros / person & night in a double room (full board: which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner)

hey johannes. wie siehts aus... wer kommt denn alles. kann ich mir mit jemandem ein zimmer teilen... wenn du mir das go! gibst dass dat mit dem zimmer hinhaut buch ich direkt... kann das leider grad nicht ueberblicken, da ich immer noch unterwegs bin...

Also unsere Pläne sind Erol + Freundin und ich + Freundin, da sieht es eher schlecht aus mit Zimmer teilen. Wenn es Dir egal ist frage ich aber mal international ...

Dann kommt mal in die Pötte Jungs. Der super-günstige Preis von der Hotelhompage ist nämlich mittlerweile aus. Jetzt gilt das was auf der VTES Seite steht, aber schnell bevor das auch weg ist.
