Format: VEKN Constructed. Im Falle, dass weniger als 12 Spieler teilnehmen, wird das Multi-Deck System benutzt.

Proxies: Die Nutzung von Proxies ist erlaubt.

Des Weiteren gilt für die Turnier-Serie Grand Prix: Die fünf bestplatzierten Spieler der Serie treffen im Finale aufeinander, das am gleichen Wochenende wie die Europameisterschaft stattfindet. Jeder Grand-Prix-Sieger ist außerdem automatisch für Tag 2 der Europameisterschaft qualifiziert.

Startgeld: 20€. Mit den 20€ Startgeld werden diversen Kosten abgedeckt, u. a. Preis-Support.

Verpflegung: Weitere Infos zur konkreten Verpflegung vor Ort werden noch bekanntgegeben.

Zudem gilt ein absolutes Alkoholverbot. Die Turnierleitung behält sich vor, alkoholisierte Teilnehmer von der Veranstaltung auszuschließen.

Format: VEKN Constructed. In case we have less than 12 players,

Proxies: Proxies are allowed.

Regarding the Grand Prix series of events: The five best players of the series meet for a final which is held on the weekend of the European Championship. Every Grand Prix winner also is automatically qualified to play in day 2 of the European Championship.

Entrance fee: 20 €. This is used to cover various costs, incl. Prize support.

Catering: We will share more information on available food & drinks in due course.

Please note that there will be a strict prohibition of alcohol for this event. We reserve the right to exclude intoxicated players from the event.

Informationen zur Nutzung von Proxies/Information on the use of proxy cards

„4.5. Proxy Cards
As long as the game is not under production, the organizer of an event that is neither a National Championship nor a Continental Championship can choose to allow proxy cards in his or her event. For events where proxy cards are allowed, several points apply:

there are no limit to the number of proxy cards a deck can have
every proxy card must be a color-copy of the original card, on standard paper
the quality of the print must allow the reading of the illustrator's name
the organizer must mark the event as 'allowing proxy cards' on the VEKN calendar"
Proxy-cards must be inserted in an opaque sleeve (along the rest of the crypt and/or library), before a regular VTES card.

Otherwise, the use of proxy cards is not permitted, unless a judge provides these cards. If a card becomes excessively worn through play or accidentally damaged in the current sanctioned tournament, or if the owner of the card must leave prior to the conclusion of a game, the judge may provide a proxy replacement card or (in the case of damaged or worn cards) require the player to sleeve all of his or her cards before play continues.

When a judge creates a proxy for a player, it is included in the player's deck. The original card is kept close at hand during the game, if possible. When the proxy is in play, replace it with the original. When it returns to the player's deck/hand, swap it with the proxy. This replacement method helps ensure that the opponent is able to clearly see the intended card and to avoid confusion.

The term "proxy" includes counterfeit cards or any card that is not a genuine game card. Counterfeiters will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.“

Die Hinweise über die Rückkehr des Sabbats verdichten sich! Zwar wissen wir nicht genau, wann dieser wieder in der Welt der Dunkelheit sein Unwesen treiben wird, eine erste Vorstellung vom Schrecken des Sabbats konnten aber schon wenige Methuselahs in Nordamerika gewinnen. Eines der exklusiv vor dem offiziellen Release gedruckten Decks hat seinen Weg nach Deutschland gefunden! Wer den GP am 16.08. für sich entscheiden kann, darf dieses Unikat — das Precon-Sabbat-Deck Path of Power and the Inner Voice — mit nach Hause nehmen!

Für jeden Methuselah wird es jeweils einen Ansteck-Pin mit einem Clan-Logo und einen mit einer Disziplin (Superior) geben. Beide Pins werden zufällig ausgewählt. Die Pins werden die vertretenen Clans und Disziplinen des V5-Kartenpools umfassen.

Auch in diesem Jahr gibt es wieder eine für den Grand Prix exklusiv gestaltete Playmat! Wer in diesem Jahr noch nicht an einem Grand Prix teilgenommen hat (und daher nicht bereits eine Grand Prix-Playmat erhalten hat), hat die Wahl zwischen der aktuellen Playmat 2025 (solange der Vorrat reicht) oder der Grand Prix-Playmat des Vorjahres.
